We also receive the content of your messages and any follow-up correspondence.
Only include information needed for your request. Do not enter passport numbers, payment card details, or other sensitive documents in the quote form. If you provide information about another traveler, make sure you have authority to do so.
2. How the quote form works
Selecting “Request my flight options” sends your inquiry through FormSubmit, our form-delivery provider, for delivery to charter@giojets.com. FormSubmit processes the information you submit and technical information needed to provide its service. A confirmation appears on this website when the service accepts your request; it does not confirm a flight booking. If submission fails, your entries remain available so you can retry or contact us directly.
This website does not process payments or request access to your device’s precise location. Airport suggestions are matched within the page.
3. How information is used
Information from your inquiry is used to respond to you, understand your itinerary, identify suitable charter options, discuss pricing and availability, and coordinate services you request. Related communications and records may also be needed to resolve questions or disputes, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
A quote request is not a newsletter subscription. Any separate marketing enrollment should explain your choices at the time you sign up.
5. Website technology and external services
The current Gio Jets pages do not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting or sign-in platform may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, access times, and security logs, and may use cookies needed to provide or secure access. Platform processing is subject to its own notices and settings.
You can manage cookies through your browser; restricting them may affect sign-in or access. The Gio Jets pages do not use a separate response to “Do Not Track” signals. Links to Instagram or other external services take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained for the purposes described in this notice, including ongoing travel arrangements, recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting relationship. You can contact us to ask about the information held in connection with your request.
No website, email system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us to arrange an appropriate way to provide any sensitive documents required for a booking.

You may choose not to provide information, although this may limit our ability to prepare a quote. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, email charter@giojets.com. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including objection to or restriction of certain processing.
We may need to verify your identity before addressing a request. Some records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law. If you receive promotional communications, you may ask to stop receiving them; messages needed for an active travel request may still be sent.

This website is intended for adults arranging travel. Children should not submit inquiries themselves. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should handle a child’s travel details. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly through an inquiry, contact us so it can be addressed.
